Announcing Off Your Rocker!  
Stratus Games is pleased to announce a hilarious new party game: Off Your Rocker! In Off Your Rocker, players are psychiatric patients who suffer from a quirky problem. One player is the psychiatrist, who must ask questions and try to guess what the problem is by looking for a pattern in the patients' responses. Players then score points for the most creative and funny answers!
 The voting system used for scoring encourages players to answer with subtlety and creativity, which gives the feeling of an inside joke. Improvisation, quick thinking, creativity, and 800 humorous quirks all combine for a laugh-out-loud funfest every time you play! Once you try it, you'll understand why this is the game of quirky insanity!
Off Your Rocker is a game for 4 to 12 players, ages 12 and up, and is scheduled for release in July 2012. It will be available for pre-order on Kickstarter on April 6. Remember the URL: OYRgame.com

The Casual Game Revolution 
At Stratus Games, we believe that casual games are key to bringing modern board gaming to the masses. We offer a line of games that are accessible, fun, strategic enough to get players thinking, yet not overbearing. 
Casual games like ours are often grouped into the "family game" category, yet we believe they deserve their own genre and shelf in retail stores. In order to better reach the vast audience of casual gamers, we are setting out to clearly define casual games, team up with other well-known publishers of casual games, and provide tools to game retailers to easily set up a casual game shelf in their store. We will soon be running a pilot program with select retailers to experiment with several concepts and gather metrics and feedback. This information will help us solidify a long-term program that we hope will be of great benefit to the industry. Game retailers and publishers that are interested in joining the pilot program or receiving more information are encouraged to contact us.
Recent and Upcoming Trade Shows Representatives of Stratus Games had the great privilege recently of attending the Toy Fair in New York and the GAMA Trade Show in Las Vegas. Both shows were very successful and a wonderful experience for all involved. After all, what could be better than gathering together to talk about great games? In addition to these industry shows, our games will also be on display and available for sale at the PAX East, Origins, and Gen Con consumer shows in Boston, Columbus, and Indianapolis, respectively.
